In 2013, I watched a 15-minute coaching demonstration at work. That's all it took. A trainer showed what leading through coaching could look like — asking the right questions instead of giving all the answers. People walked away motivated, clear, and owning their next steps.
I'd been a leader for ten years at that point. I thought I was good at it. I wasn't. I was micromanaging a talented team in Singapore, making every decision myself, and wondering why nobody seemed engaged.
After that day, I led differently. I stopped solving problems for my team and started asking better questions. The results surprised me — they were energized, they took ownership, and eventually, every single one of them got promoted.
Two years later, I left corporate to become a coach full-time. In 2018, I founded IntelliCoach. Since then, I've accumulated over 2,000 coaching hours, trained leaders from companies like SAP and eBay, and built a coaching skills academy with a 4.9 out of 5 rating across 50+ reviews.
What took me years of struggle to learn, I want to deliver in months — at scale, through technology.

About the Builder
I'm a German leadership coach who's called Singapore home for the past 20 years. I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach, father of four, and someone who genuinely believes that every people leader can become a great coach — they just need the right tools and training.
I've trained leaders from SAP, eBay, and dozens of startups. I've logged over 2,000 coaching hours. And I've built a coaching skills academy that people seem to love — 4.9 out of 5 across 50+ reviews.
